Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Inlined supports local AI models¹ (llama.cpp and MLX) that work completely offline. Cloud AI features require an internet connection.

Which AI models are supported?

All paid plans include built-in cloud AI. Local models¹ (llama.cpp, MLX) and custom cloud providers² (Groq, Cerebras, Together AI) are also available.

How is it different from Copilot?

Inlined works system-wide in all macOS apps, not just code editors. It also supports on-device AI¹ for complete privacy.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. When using local models,¹ your text never leaves your Mac. Cloud API calls are encrypted and we don't store your data.

What macOS versions are supported?

Inlined requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) is required for local AI model¹ support.

What's your refund policy?

We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. Contact us via email and we'll process your refund promptly.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and only pay the difference. You can also cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

What does the Lifetime plan include?

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all Pro features, including every future update. It also includes 12 months of cloud API quota as a bonus. After that, you can bind your own API key or purchase quota packs.

Do cloud AI features have usage limits?

Plus includes a monthly cloud API quota. Pro has unlimited cloud API usage. Lifetime includes 12 months of cloud API quota, after which you can use your own API key. Local AI models always work without any limits on Pro and Lifetime.

Where can I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly within the Inlined app under Settings. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
